Slitter safety operation guide

A slitting machine is a kind of mechanical equipment that slits wide paper or film into multiple rolls of narrow material, which is different from the equipment of the slitting machine that we often say. Usually, the slitting machine is a way to strip the wide coil after unwinding it in the form of a single layer. The slitting machine we are talking about today is a slitting machine that cuts the whole roll of material through the opposite rotation of the blade and the parent roll. Common slitting machines are divided into single tube slitting machines, double pipe slitting machines, three-pipe slitting machines and other forms.

Boot

1. Turn on the electrical isolation switch (set in front of the electric control cabinet), press the EMERCENCY STOP RESET and READY TO RUN buttons, and open the MACHINE with the key to RUN (on the main console) to check whether the voltage (380V) and current are correct and stable;

2. Turn on the power switch of the hydraulic system (set on the main hydraulic drive frame), check whether the oil level of the main hydraulic drive system and the pressure gauge display are correct and stable;

3. Open the pneumatic shut-off valve (set on the air inlet pipe under the pneumatic control cabinet) and check whether the air pressure is correct (not less than 6.0bar) and stable.

4. Set the slitting menu according to the film type, thickness, length, width, etc. arranged in the slitting plan;

5. Lift the corresponding BOPP film file from the PDF;

6. Set the winding length and width of the corresponding specification film;

7. Select the corresponding winding station, adjust the roller arm and roller, and install the paper core of the corresponding specification.

Feeding, threading and film grafting

1. Feeding: According to the requirements of the slitting plan, in accordance with the driving operation procedures, according to the actual situation, the corresponding mother coil is hoisted on the aging frame, placed on the unwinding frame of the slitting machine according to the internal and external selection direction of the corona surface, and the steel core is clamped with the control button, leaving the steel core support arm and driving;

2. Film penetration: When there is no film on the slitting machine, film piercing must be carried out. Using the slitting machine film piercing device and function key, one end of the original film is tied to the film threading chain eye, and the film threading button is activated, so that the film is smoothly distributed on each roller along the slitting process;

3. Film splicing: When there is a film on the slitting machine, when the roll is changed, the vacuum film splicing table is used to start the film splicing table to the working position first, and the film on the first traction roller of the slitting machine is manually flattened and the upper vacuum pump is started to suction the film, so that the film is smoothly adsorbed on the film splicing table, the double-sided tape is pasted and the excess film under the tape is cut, the film on the unwinding frame is flattened and the lower vacuum pump is started to make the film flat adsorption, the paper layer on the tape is taken down and the adhesive film is flattened, the joint should be neat and wrinkle-free, and then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps, and the film receiving table is opened to the non-working position.

4. Change the specifications, put the paper core on the inner and outer winding arms, and notify all personnel to leave the machine and prepare for operation when the pressure roller is in the state of preparation for operation;

5. PUT THE ANTI-STAIC BARS ON THE MAIN CONSOLE TO AUTO, READY TO RUN to start, and start MACHINE RUN.

Slitting control

In the process of slitting operation, carefully monitor and observe the slitting effect, and appropriately adjust and control the slitting speed, unwinding tension, contact pressure, arc roller, edge material traction roller, guide edge, etc.

Receiving

1. When the inner and outer end of the winding is completed and the machine stops running, use the film removal button to put the film on the prepared film removal trolley, cut the film and paste the film roll with sealing glue;

2. Use the chuck release button to release the card head, check whether the paper core of each film roll leaves the paper core, if one end is still stuck on the paper core, manually remove the film roll;

3. Make sure that after all the films leave the chuck and put them on the trolley, use the film loading button to raise the rewinding arm, install the corresponding paper core, and attach the film neatly to the paper core for the next slitting.

Stop the car

1. When the film roll runs to the set length, the equipment will automatically stop;

2. During the operation of the equipment, press MACHINE STOP to stop as needed;

3. When you need to stop quickly, press the MACHINE STOP button for more than 2S;

4. When there is an emergency such as equipment or man-made accidents, press EMERGENCY STOP to stop the emergency.

1). Ensure that the voltage, current and hydraulic equivalent values are correct and stable before starting;

2). Before the equipment is ready to run, all personnel must be notified to leave the equipment to ensure personal safety before starting and running;

3). When the slitting machine is running, do not touch the film roll or roller core in operation with your hands, so as not to involve your hands and cause personal injury;

4). During the operation, do not scratch or cut the core of each roller with a knife or hard object.
